This is a wonderful tanto by one of the shinshinto Jumyo smiths. The hamon is gonome with profuse sunagashi, ashi and kinsugi. The hada is a ko-itame yokutsunde with lots of ji-nie. This sword has an equisite sukashi horimono in the style of the hocho Masamune. The omote horimono features a bonji and the ura is a sakae sukashi bori of a gomabashi tsume. This sword comes with a kanteisho from Matsuo Fujishiro. It is in perfect polish with a high quality shirasaya.
