This is an excellent wakizashi by the shinto smith Ise no Kami Nobusada. The hamon is done in gonome-choji with many kinsuji and sunagashi visible. There are also tobiyaki in the ji. The hada is very fine ko-mokume with ji-nie. The boshi is midare-komi. This wakizashi is in fresh polish with an excellent gold-wash two piece habaki done in a Fuji-san motif. The nakago is ubu, signed 'Ise no Kami Nobusada. This sword comes with papers from the NTHK verifying the mei and quality of workmanship.
